About Us
Massage Rx is owned and operated by Burt and Mariellen Boss.
Our focus is on providing the most authentic, effective styles of massage, customized to meet our clients' needs: real therapeutic bodywork.
We are Certified and Licensed Massage Therapists and are experienced in a variety of styles, specializing in therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue massage and Lymph Drainage massage.
Mariellen is also a licensed esthetician providing a variety of services including facials, peels and micro-dermabrasion.
We both previously taught at the Desert Resorts School of Somatherapy, and continue to teach a variety of massage methods and techniques at the SOMATHERAPY Institute, now located in Rancho MIrage, CA.
Mariellen previously owned and operated Tactile Spirit, an independant Spa/Salon located in Palm Springs, CA.
